SUPREME COURT REJECTS RTL LAWSUIT

BELGRADE, 21 May 2007 (Beta) - Serbia’s Broadcasting Agency says the Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit brought against it by RTL television.
 
The Agency’s Council earlier decided not to grant RTL a national broadcasting license, at the same time temporarily suspending the broadcasting of RTL’s television program. The company then reacted by filing a lawsuit against the Agency.
